DELIVERY

  • Orders received by 1pm (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched same-day where possible and stock allowing.
  • Shipments within mainland UK will be scheduled for next day delivery – with the exception of large and/or bulky items.
  • Orders placed after 1pm, on a weekend or a bank holiday, will be dispatched on the next business day, stock allowing.
  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.
  • Shipping costs for delivery out with mainland UK will be quoted upon order.
  • SBS cannot guarantee delivery times of shipments made with courier partners.
  • Please note large and/or bulky items will incur higher carriage rates. These will be quoted at checkout.

RETURNS

  • After dispatch, return items will be subject to a return carriage charge.
  • You have 14 days upon receipt of your goods to return your order for a full refund.
  • Any items returned within this 14 day period must be in the same condition as upon dispatch to receive a full refund.

Can I track my order?

We don’t provide tracking numbers with orders. Should you wish to get an update on your order, please call the office on 01902 754133. 

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?

We do deliver to Northern Ireland, However, you will not be able to place an order on our website. Please call the office on 01902 754133 and a member of the team will be able to assist you.

Do you deliver to the Republic of Ireland?

We do deliver to the Republic of Ireland, However, you will not be able to place an order on our website. Please call the office on 01902 754133 and a member of the team will be able to assist you.

How much is delivery?

Our standard is delivery cost if £12 (inc VAT), however, large and/or bulky items are subject to higher carriage charges. These will be quoted at checkout.

I think my order is late, what can I do?

If you think your order is late, please call the office on 01902 754133 and a member of the team will be able to help.

How do I return items?

If you wish to return any of your goods, please contact the office on 01902 754133 so we can know to expect their return. Goods should be returned to SBS Trailers, Macrome Road, Wolverhampton, WV6 9HD at your own expense. Please ensure you include your name and contact details within/on your return parcel. If you have your order number, we would appreciate this being added also to speed up our refund process.

What do I do if an item arrived damaged?

If an item arrives damaged, please make sure you sign it as damaged on receipt. You will also need to photograph your damaged good(s) so a claim can be raised. Contact the office as soon as possible on 01902 754133 and we will be able to assist and discuss replacement options.

What do I do if I am missing part of my order?

If you receive your order and are missing items, please contact the office as soon as possible on 01902 754133

How do I exchange an item?

Should you wish to exchange an item, please call the office on 01902 754133. We are happy to exchange items, however, you will need to cover the cost of carriage on both the returned item(s) and new replacement item(s).

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, please call the office on 01902 754133 as soon as possible. If an order has already been shipped we are unable to cancel the order and the goods will need to be returned as per our returns policy.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

We will issue a refund as soon as your goods have been received and their condition has been checked. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to show in your bank account. Should you have any questions regarding your refund, please call the office on 01902 754133.
